1. General Refund Rule (All Sales Are Final)
Since Digiorbit Store exclusively sells digital products (such as e-books, software templates, online courses, and graphics) which are irrevocable once downloaded or accessed, our general rule is:
All Sales Are Final – No Refunds are Issued.
Upon purchase and download, the customer receives immediate access to the intellectual property. It is impossible to return a digital product once it has been delivered, therefore we cannot issue a refund for purchases for any reason after the sale is complete.
2. Exceptions for Refund Eligibility
We will only consider issuing a full refund in the following three specific circumstances:
A. Major Technical Flaw in the Product
If the digital product you purchased is significantly different from the description on our website, or if it contains a major technical flaw that prevents it from working correctly (e.g., the file is corrupt, or course videos do not open), you may be eligible for a refund.
Condition: You must contact us at support@digiorbitstore.in within 7 days of purchase and provide clear proof (screenshots or video) of the technical issue.
Procedure: Before a refund is issued, our team will first make every reasonable effort to fix the technical flaw within a 7-day period. If we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund will be granted.
B. Unauthorized or Duplicate Charge
If your bank account was charged twice in error, or if an unauthorized purchase was made using your payment method, you will be refunded for the duplicate or unauthorized charge.
C. Failure of Product Delivery
In rare cases, if the payment was successful but the product download link or access key fails to be delivered to your email within 48 hours due to technical issues, and our team is unable to manually provide the access, a refund will be issued.
3. Refund Request Procedure
If your case falls under one of the exceptions above, you must follow this procedure:
Time Limit: You must send an email to support@digiorbitstore.in within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Required Information: The email must clearly state your full name, email address, Order Number, and the reason for the refund (including proof of the technical issue, if applicable).
Investigation: Our team will investigate your request. This process may take 3 to 5 business days.
4. Refund Processing and Timeline
If your refund is approved, we will initiate and credited a refund to your original method of payment with in 14 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment processor, the refund may take 7 to 14 business days to appear in your account.
